• Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
• No refunds unless required by law or explicitly stated.

6. Domain Name Registration & Renewal

• Domains are subject to third-party registry policies.
• You are responsible for renewing your domain before expiration.
• We are not liable for loss of domain due to non-renewal.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

• We comply with UK GDPR regulations.
• Your personal data is collected and used as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell or share your information without consent.

8. Service Availability & Liability

• We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss, or third-party failures.
• You are responsible for backups of your data.

9. Termination & Suspension

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms.
• You may cancel services at any time, but no refunds will be issued.
• Outstanding balances must be settled before cancellation.

10. Amendments to Terms
